Festival Thesis
RODGER

Selected as 1 of 10 films (from roughly 200) for full faculty sponsorship on SCAD’s 2026–27 Academy-qualifying festival circuit — directing a multi-departmental crew across every phase.

About & CV
Aleksander Carroll is a story-first director and editor working across commercial, branded, and narrative film — he owns the pipeline from concept to final cut.
Comfortable on set and in post, he directs, shoots, and edits — fluent in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for edit and color, with hands-on experience on RED Komodo and Blackmagic.
Recent work includes the Coors Light “Made to Chill” spec campaign (director / DP / editor / copywriter), plus narrative and craft work on Tooth & Nail (director / DP / editor) and RODGER (writer / director).
Aleksander is a 2026 BFA graduate of SCAD, cum laude, where he attended on artistic and academic scholarships.
Education: SCAD, BFA Film & Television — graduated cum laude, 2026. Dean’s List ×4. Artistic & academic scholarships.
Core Skills: Directing, story & concept development, and editing in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro; camera ops on RED Komodo, Blackmagic 4K.
